Waymo has served San José Mineta International since Nov 12, 2025, as part of its San Francisco Bay Area service area. The pickup spot depends on your terminal. Arriving at Terminal A, walk to Stop 9. At Terminal B, the car meets you outside the Rental Car Center. Both terminals share the Departures curb for drop-offs, which makes the trip to catch a flight the simpler one.
Anyone in the Bay Area can book in the Waymo app, and you need to be 18 to ride alone. In San Jose the service area takes in the city center, Santana Row, Westfield Valley Fair and the Newhall, College Park and Cory neighborhoods.
