Robotaxi at AUS: not served
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Austin. Status: Not served
Updated .
Austin-Bergstrom International has no robotaxi service. It is not on Waymo's help-center airport list, and neither Tesla Robotaxi nor Zoox offers airport pickups or drop-offs there.
Inside the city, there are options. Waymo in Austin is booked only through the Uber app. It launched at 37 sq mi covering Hyde Park, Downtown and Montopolis, and Spectrum News reported that select Uber trips can now use MoPac, I-35, US 183 and US 290. Tesla Robotaxi runs in Austin through its own app, including Cybercab rides. Zoox rides there carry only employees, friends and family.
Waymo's Austin map has grown since launch, to an estimated 90 to 130 sq mi by April 2026, and select Uber trips can now use freeways. Neither change brought the airport into the service area. Tesla's Austin service includes the two-seat Cybercab, and no published source gives it airport access either. For a flight, book the airport leg separately and save the robotaxi for trips that start and end in central Austin.
