Waymo picks up at Phoenix Sky Harbor Terminals 3 and 4 on Level 1, at the outer curb by South Door 8, near arrivals. Sky Harbor offers more pickup choices than any other robotaxi airport. You can also meet a Waymo at the PHX Sky Train's 24th St or 44th St stations, which can be easier when the terminal curbs are busy.
Book in the Waymo app, as in the rest of Metro Phoenix. The Uber partnership there ended in June 2026. Riders 18 and older can ride alone, and Phoenix is one of two places where teens 13 to 17 can ride with a parent-linked teen account. Denver Gazette, citing RideWise, reported a 14 mi trip from Downtown to Sky Harbor at $33.20 by Waymo, against $22.40 by UberX. Tesla has named Phoenix as an upcoming city and Zoox is testing there, but neither carries public riders yet.
