No robotaxi picks up at Miami International yet. Waymo said in January 2026 that it plans to expand to MIA soon, though the airport is not on its help-center list. Waymo's Miami area, open to everyone since Apr 15, 2026, covers the Design District, Wynwood, Brickell, Coral Gables and Miami Beach.

Tesla Robotaxi runs a Miami zone in the west of Miami-Dade, covering West Miami, Doral and Coral Gables. Not a Tesla App reported that the airport sits inside that zone with no terminal pickups or drop-offs authorized. Zoox rides in Miami are limited to its employees, family and friends. A robotaxi can get you near MIA, but you'll need another way to reach the terminals.
